>> Information for Authors who have already accepted contributions related to the postponed icRS2020

icRS 2021 will accept two types of submissions, i.e. full conference articles, and extended abstracts. Participation, as an oral or poster presenter, in the conference is possible by either of these two types of submissions. For instance, if you have decided to participate in the conference with submitting an extended abstract, then, there is no need to submit a full paper afterward. Editors from supporting journals will evaluate both oral and poster presentations during the conference and invite selected presentations to submit their full extended papers for a special issue.

All submissions must include and use the following Guide of Authors, click Here.
Authors can alternatively download the .DOCX template to format their full conference articles, click Here.

Types of Submissions
Full conference articles: Authors are invited to submit papers (maximum 6-pages length including a title, abstract, keywords, main body, figure(s), table(s) and references) reporting original research of theoretical or applied nature. Accepted papers exceeding the normal length may be included in the proceedings upon payment of over-length page charges for each page in excess of six pages, up to a maximum of two additional pages. Two broad categories of full conference articles can be submitted to the conference:

Original research articles: These articles report original research with broad scientific significance and importance. Case study and empirical research articles fall into this category as well.

Review: These papers provide an extensive overview and thorough assessment of recent developments in selected areas that fall within the aims and scope of the conference.

Extended abstract: The extended abstract must be clear and concise addressing scientific questions that are relevant to the topic(s) of the conference. The abstracts should be no more than 500-600 words, with a clear description of the research question, importance, and relevance of the research question, methods, and results and main findings or expected results and findings. A maximum one figure/table can be included in the extended abstract submission.

Any queries regarding extended abstract or full conference article submission, please contact conference chair, Pezhman Ghadimi (pezhman.ghadimi@ucd.ie) or conference program chair, Chao Wang (chaowanghn@vip.163.com)

The submission deadline for extended abstracts and full conference papers is April 30th, 2021 .

All Poster presentations are scheduled for July 20th, 15:30 to 16:00 on a Zoom Session. Each poster presenter will need to prepare their poster as a single PDF file. Feel free to use any template for such preparation.
On July 20th, the poster presenter will need to log into a dedicated Zoom link for all poster presentations where they will share their screen and poster with all the other delegates. There would be no parallel sessions during that time so that maximum attention can be given to the poster sessions.
As usual to all poster sessions, there would be no need to present the work at the session. The presenter, however, should be ready to answer any potential questions from other participants and discuss your research project.
Each poster presenter should make sure that he/she is attending the poster session on time so that we can allocate him/her to a breakout room. In that dedicated room, they can share their screen and wait for an interested delegate to join the room and discuss their work.
