COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS): ICRS2021 IS NOW FULLY VIRTUAL AND WILL BE HELD 19-23 JULY 2021

--Updated News November 9, 2020

Dear All,

In order to prioritise the health and safety of our community and provide more certainty around the conference delivery format due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the committee and the conference organisers have decided to hold the conference fully virtual instead of face-to-face. The conference will now take place from the 19-23 July 2021, to consider the time zone differences in our final conference program. Please note that the registration fees are now revised based on this new conference format. If you have already registered, we will send a separate email regarding refund.

If you have an accepted contribution and were due to present in the postponed icRS 2020, please sit back and relax as there is no action required from you at this time. Your submission(s) and registration will automatically be transferred to the new conference dates.

If you are an icRS2020 submitter with an accepted contribution and should wish to update or amend your abstract or paper, we are pleased to announce that, as Author of an accepted paper, you have now a special chance: in case you have improved your study or achieved new results, this is the right occasion to upload a revised version of your paper.

Via the Contribution Submission System, you can upload a revised Word Document reporting new results to your work in the last few months and the list of authors (if necessary). Please be informed that the title, corresponding author and topic of the paper should not be changed. Please note that uploading the revised submission does not imply any change to the judgement already expressed by the reviewers.

Given the virtual format of the conference, the Contribution Submission System is open for the submission of new or revised abstracts and full-length papers until an extended deadline of 30th of April 2021.

Please don’t hesitate to contact events@conferenceorganisers.ie if you have any questions.
